RS Read device serial number.
This command is currently being implemented in the H&B prouct range.
For the LDM88 RS is implemented from Firmware LDM88.18x.v.2.23.

Units which have not been programmed with serial number will show serial number 0 (Zero) or -1 (minus one) when using new Firmware.

Note: The CanOpen CiA DS301 says that the serial number should be available at index 1018h, subindex 04h as part of the idendity object.
Reading 1018sub04 on a MCS-64/System80 returns the serial number of the Gateway for CGM85 units shipped from H&B after May 2010.
