LA Read/Modify the status of the Connected Load Cells.
Returns the status in the form of a bitmapped four-digit value where 0 corresponds to “Not Connected” and 1 corresponds to “Connected”.
Issuing the LA command without any parameters returns the Connected Load Cell status in the form LA:0011.

Change the status of the connected Load Cells by issuing the LA command with the appropriate four-digit value in the form LA 0001.
Note: This command is TAC protected.

The "digits" connects as follows:

0001: Load Cell #1 is used.
0010: Load Cell #2 is used.
0011: Load Cell #2 and #1 is used.
0100: Load Cell #3 is used.
0101: Load Cell #3 and #1 is used.
0110: Load Cell #3 and #2 is used.
0111: Load Cell #3 and #2 and #1 is used.
1000: Load Cell #4 is used.
1001: Load Cell #4 and #1 is used.
1010: Load Cell #4 and #2 is used.
1011: Load Cell #4 and #2 and #1 is used.
1100: Load Cell #4 and #3 is used.
1101: Load Cell #4 and #3 and #1 is used.
1110: Load Cell #4 and #3 and #2 is used.
1111: All four Load Cells is used.
